Mosaic Apartments is located at 13800 NW 22nd Avenue. The development is set on a 2.1 acre site in Opa-Locka, Florida, roughly 15 miles north of Downtown Miami. The 98-unit development will include 3 and 4 bedroom units, live-work units, 196 parking spaces, and manicured landscaping.

‍Construction commenced on Mosaic Apartments in February of 2023 and is targeting completion in approximately 18 months.
