Florida Memorial University – $1B+ Multi-Phase Educational Development

In a historic partnership, this transformative initiative will be developed on the 50-acre campus of Florida Memorial University—one of only 101 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the United States. Founded in 1879, Florida Memorial is South Florida’s only HBCU and has long stood as a cornerstone of academic excellence, cultural heritage, and social advancement for the Black community.

This multi-phase, $1B+ development will introduce new student housing, workforce housing, sports facilities, academic centers, and community-serving retail to the university grounds.
