Phase 1A includes 36 three-bedroom for-sale townhomes, offering a path to ownership for local families.

Phase 1B introduces 181 rental apartments across two 8-story towers, complemented by 4,800 square feet of retail space and a dedicated 6-story parking garage.

Phase 2 continues the vision with an additional 106 apartment units in a new 8-story structure.
